My second trip to Paddington House of Pancake and I didn't get to eat Pancake again!

I have no idea why the food I order doesn't include Pancake? hummmm...

Instead, I had quite alot of crepe :)

But I still wanna go back there and try their pancake!

Had strawberry crepe with ice cream for dessert.Heaven..

I'm still looking for the Japanese crepe stall in IKANO..still can't find it. :(

During one of my Asian Entrepreneur lecture, my lecturer invited a guess speaker and he talked to us about his organization. Money Tree..

Since they're having the YES Challenge 2 on the following day, and since I'm free. Why not go and cuci-cuci mata?

Sorry peeps. Since I started Degree Year 2, my timetable has been such a hectic.

I thought that I can relax for the first 2-3 weeks of my semester, however, I've been wrong.

Ever since I started my semester, I've been bombarded with 6 assignments, no time for me to enjoy at all! FML!!

I've even cut down the time that I used to spend watching TVB dramas, english dramas, entertainment series, etc.

I miss my Year 1 life...

So, couple of weeks ago, spared out sometime to have lunch with Yee Lynn at Good Evening Bangkok, OU.

I just realised Mid Valley has a new restaurant that sells "Fish Head Noodles"..

So I try it out a couple of weeks ago...

The restaurant is located near the Boulevard Office..

Near Maybank :)

You guys can try it out..it's pretty good.

Not bad in fact.

They even have different types of "Fish Head Noodles"

The normal ones we get from the Hawker Centers are the normal white in color one....

But in this restaurant, they even offer "XO Fish Head Noodle" , some even comes with Kuey Teow?

I thought "Fish Head Noodles" supposed to come with Bee Hoon?

hahaa..wtf..anyway, I didn't try those weird weird ones lahh....

But no harm trying it out the next day!

Couple of weeks ago was Eva's birthday :)

Well, when I first got to know her from High school, to be frank, I wasn't really interested in being her friend.

But well, we wont know the person until we get to know that person.

We had choices of 2.

Whether we want "ma lak" or "tomyam"..majority went for Tomyam because "ma lak" is really spicyy~

Seems like we have difficulty estimating the amount of food that we can consume. We always think that we can eat alot ehh...Order so much, in the end all also wasted.

I have already putted in as much time and energy and "smartwork" into OB..but it seems that I just can't cope with it...

Mr. Ravi have decided to fail my finals......wth lo...

Year 2 is so much tougher than year 1...all the lecturer's expectations are like 100000X more than year 1 lecturers.

Seems like now my parents are doubting whether or not to send me over to Australia.

They're even planning for me to study locally in case I can't cope there..

But..But...I really wish that I can go there.

I know I screwed up 1 of my paper..sigh..but I'll put in more time and effort into this current semester...

Hopefully they'll change their mind..

I know I'm not born to be smart, but at least I'm trying my very best to achieve what you expect me to achieve..

p/s: I hope they'll change their mind.....

On the first day of Cheena New Year, I was at church! Gong Xi Fa Cai~~ Angpau Na Lai~!

After church, went back to my mother's hometown in Sitiawan, Perak.

Spend half of day 1 there, day 2, day 3..and finally I'm back at KL on day 4! *Accompanied by soar throat and running nose*

Went out with BFF for shopping right after I came back to KL. Pavilion it was.

We were too hungry after shopping, decided to have a light tea time eventhough it is almost dinner time already.

I always have a problem estimating the amount of food that my tummy can consume. Sigh!

I always think that I can eat alot. Heck!

My first reaction was, a I supposed to finish up half a watermelon? wtf.

According to them, it is much more nicer and juicier to eat watermelon like this.

Get yourself a packet of Potato Ridges from any Korean Supermarket. I think Korean Potato Ridges tastes so much more nicer than other ones. Maybe it's because I'm hungry or what-so-ever reason.

I love to eat.

Eating makes me happy.

Nonming on potato ridges. I dont really know what flavor it is. But then it was stated there that it is hot. But I dont really taste hot/ spicy. But it's love...

After indulging on your potato ridges, you should be thirsty. If only you're the kind of human that doesn't drink water at all!

Get yourself a can of Crushed Pear drink, very cooling and nice. yum yum~!

And it only cost you about rm2.20 or rm2.80.

Super nice~~~~

Lastly, you will feel full and happy~

Which makes you a happy girl!

I have heard many good reviews on Daorae, so I have decided to try it ..

We went to the Daorae at USJ Taipan since it was the nearest to Joseph's place

We ordered BBQ Pork marinated in Ginseng, BBQ Chicken marinated in chili sauce, and also Bi Bimbap!

The picture above is the process of BBQ Pork. The waiter there will do it for you, and all you have to do is sit down there and enjoy the side dishes while they bbq it.

BBQ-ed pork. The taste is very nice. A little sweet~

Lectuce is provided so that you can wrap the meat inside to indulge it...nonmonnonmon

For the BBQ-Chicken, I asked the waiter whether I'm allowed to bbq it myself ..teehee

He said yes!

So happy la me.

But it was super hot if you bbq it urself.

Sometimes I just feel that life is so complicated.

There are things that is happening, yet we wont know what is actually happening.

There's so much going on in my mind currently that I don't even know which one is more important..

Life.....

Is there time for such people?

Is it worth it?

I dont even know.

But sometimes when things happen, it just happens, and you would be surprised that it actually happens on you.

Maybe that's God's wish.

p/s: Once in a while, you feel like a let down and you can't accomplish what you want. Truth is, it doesn't stop there. You gotta keep working on it to make the ending a fresh beginning.

Bukit Merah Part 2 & Kedah Dinner Trip

Welcome to Kampung Air.

This is where all the suites are located, it is above to lake.

You get to see really nice scenaries.

And there are very limited suites.That's all they have.

And then there was a sudden huge wind which comes with the rain.

It's pretty scary when you're staying above something build on the lake, and there were super strong wind, and you see all the waves moving around. Imagine Tsunami? That was on my mind that exact moment.

You could see in this picture that all our hairs were flyinggg..

We came down having the thought of going to visit Eco Park. However, the wind were so strong that all the banners fall everywhere. it's like everything is collapsing...it was pretty dangerous during that time.

After we got our suite and had our lunch, we headed towards the water theme park.

Though not as big as Sunway Lagoon, but we all did enjoy ourselves =)

Bukit Merah Day 1 ~ Departure

I joined the LUAN Team for the Bukit Merah trip which was held on 23th January.

Joseph came over to my place to pick me up at 4.45am.

Super early lorr~~

Met up at Julian's house in Kepong at 5.30am and had breakfast before we start the journey.

Finally, we reached Bukit Merah at 9.30am.

It's quite far from KL.At least it was further than what I expected.

Alvin booked a 2 bedroom suite but then the staff said that Alvin booked it on 24th January. *which is the following day*

And then they said that there's no recorder, which means we can't prove anything.

I dont know whether the staff got use the brain to think or not one lor!!

Where got people so stupid book the room on 24th then come on 23rd one..

siao one meh? He thought we all too free nothing to do arrr...

So, the staff said the 2 bedroom is fully booked already. And he CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!

WAAAAA~~ WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT?!!!

He recommended us to take the Sri Andana Suite, which is like RM600 more expensive than the 2 bedroom suite.

The price for

normal 2 bedroom suite is rm900 / night

Sri Andana suite is rm1500 / night

somemore horrrr!! He said 6 person are only allowed to stay at the Sri Andana suite. Siao one!! Did our booking wrongly still got so many rules and regulations.

I'm pretty sure hotels and resorts in KL or other places would provide much more better customer service compared to Bukit Merah!!!!!

So, we thought of speaking to the MANAGER!! COMPLAINT!!

As least they should give us some complementary room or discount since they are the one who did the booking wrongly...

Suprisingly, the indian staff that was attending to us, said that he's the manager!!

Too bad! I did not take a picture of him, if not die also wont say he have any manager look on his head to his toe lorrr!!

And a manager like him can't even do any decisions!!!! sigh

fine fine fine....

But then, we as chinese are still quite smart to think of ways to have more than 6 person staying in the suite =)

Carmen the Gorilla is back from Sydney =)

Had our lunch at Gasoline, cause it's her favourite cafe where she can indulge in Butter chicken rice.

But the service in Gasoline is so terrible, sigh.

We waited for 30 minutes for her food to arrive.

And I had to wait 40 minutes for my Marmite chicken rice to arrive.

Siao boh?~~

They want us all to die due to over-hungry?

Walked around lowyat and SW, and I managed to get 2 pink colour case for my dear BB!!

And so F cheap lor..

It's basically 70% of the price Agnes paid for hers..

whahahaha..

But I can't wait for Lynda to bring back the Z'NG BB for me as well =)

then will be super Z'NG!!

Carmen had a craving for cheese cake, and since there's not much of choices in TS, the only place we can have cheese cake is at Secret Recipe.

We had 3 different types of cheese cake. New York Cheese Cake, Yogurt Cheese cake, and Oreo Cheese cake.

After all the cheesie-ness nonmonnonmon, we had a bowl of Singapore Laksa..surpppp~~

Fisherman's Friend came out with new packaging.

And I'm loving it because it's not so minty as the previous ones.

I bought these milk cracker as well.

Dont know whether it's nice or not, since I haven try it yet.

A day full of Hartamas & Mont Kiara!! What a tiring day..

Should never go out when you have 8am lecture in the morning, and if you couldn't sleep the night before that.

1. You will feel so sleepy and tired.

2. No energy to walk around.

3. Worst of all, cannot take leng leng picture!! sigh

So, the first stop was at MeatWorks, Solaris.

Yong Jie recommended this place for us to have our lunch.

Was supposed to have a light lunch, but in the end, 3 of us were bloated with their yummy pastas and salad.

New Year Day was celebrated at Ryan's house at Bandar Sungai Long, super deep in lor, almost reach Kajang ady...

I waited at home for Jillian &Julian to pick me up until I almost dozed.

Reached Ryan's house at 11.15pm and we were the 1st one again.....

Had champagne, and then we played cards. I dont know whats the name of the card game..But I shall just name it 40 DOTS!! hahahaha

see Osaka!! He is so happy because I always give him 40 DOT!! And it means that he can drink..drinking makes him happy, so he laugh until his eyes also dissapear!!

This was how I celebrated my New Year's Eve 2009.

Of course I ordered my favourite special secret sauce...yummm

Headed back to Julian's place with the LUAN team...

Had a meet up with Yee Lynn on Tuesday. Weee.. Pavilion it was.

Thanks for Yee Lynn to came all the way from Kepong to pick me up. That's far, so thank u so much~~

We didn't know what to eat, so Nando it was!

I guess it's been almost 5 years since I had Nando's.

The last one was probably with Agnes Tan when I was in high school year 3... I could still remember, before tuition at Kasturi. Since, Nando's is Agnes's favourite.

I had EXTRA HOT PERI-PERI, which was indeed HOTTT!!!!!

I thought that it wouldn't be that hot, maybe like Nasi Lemak's Sambal..mana tau! It's hotttt!!

Oh~~ and I dont like their chloslaw, I could barely taste any mayonnaise. Maybe they're trying to save cost!

Wasted 30 minutes lor, so not pretty!
